The challenge
Reprinting menus every time prices go up is slow and costly for cafés and restaurants. They needed a system they could manage themselves without technical knowledge, where a price change reaches the customer at the table immediately.
The platform had to fit everyone from a single café to multi-branch chains, show tourists the menu in their own language and collect payment through automatic yearly subscriptions.
Our approach
We built KafeQR with Laravel as an end-to-end SaaS product. A business signs up, sets up its menu and downloads a QR code for every table; product and price changes go live instantly. The menu reads in Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic, with Arabic opening right to left.
Guests can call a waiter or ask for the bill from the table, and the call appears in the business panel with a sound alert. Businesses pick one of seven menu designs and can set branch-specific prices and menus. Plans start with a 14-day free trial and renew as yearly subscriptions through iyzico.
